I am currently experiencing this bug in Java 1.21 on MacOS as well. It is not a mouse problem as it can be recreated with the trackpad as well. This NEEDS a fix.

@douira This is unrelated to this bug, however i need answers from you regarding a bug you mentioned you used to encounter or maybe still do, specifically bug MC155104. I am getting this consistently on 1.21. Did you ever find a fix for this? Please get back to me as soon as you can.
