SOLVED hard reset your xbox (holding down the power button for 5 seconds) and then open minecraft again and the cursor will be gone. I'd suggest not opening beta feedback again just in case it makes the cursor come back

this happened to me too but I don't know the cause. As soon as i opened the beta there was a cursor in the middle of the screen. I also tried reinstalling the game and nothing works. (my version is v1.2.0.20)
