yes it was created before 1.17. but my friend's world was also created before 1.17 but has the geodes.
yes. I tried searching in chunks I hadn't explored
oh and one more thing I didnt mention..
my friend's realm world has amethyst geodes, and it was created way before my realm world and 1.17 update.
but I have every updated features including dripstones, deepslates which overwrote my previously generated terrain.
do you mean 'only Amethyst Geodes' will not overwrite?
