I am able to get a shulker into the overworld by sending it through the exit portal and then sending an empty minecart through after it. The minecart catches the shulker and the shulker falls to the ground, it can be saved by placing rails at world spawn. My problem is that when I break the minecart the shulker teleports back to y level 32767 or 512. If anyone is aware of a fix to my problem please let me know.
