Issue Solved, I was using mods and when I removed them it worked
i reinstalled minecraft launcher and the problem fixed
Minecraft Does not open when i click "Play Demo"and if i change to skins tab it will give me "Buy Minecraft: Java Edition to manage your skins here"and then when i return to Play tab it will give me that i not clicking the "Play Demo" button
