This bug has happened to me as well on my Realm in version 1.20.81. My nether portal and its platform is right above a lava lake. Sometimes, when I leave the nether I spawn in the lava underneath this platform instead of spawning on the obsidian blocks of the portal... I've died several times to this bug. This is a game breaking bug and is unacceptable
