I've finally found an Ancient City in the survival world which I've been playing since the Caves & Cliffs release. (Currently running 1.19.22 Minecraft for Windows) but I'm disappointed to see it's crawling with hostile mobs making exploration incredibly difficult (screenshots below)
I've also created a new world based on the same seed as a test and visited the same co-ordinates to find that no mobs are spawning, so it seems to bea bug linked to an updated old world.
