Finally🙂 I've figured out the solution for this issue. Almost going to ask for refund 🙂. I didn't just because I find the refund procedure of Microsoft is even more ANNOYING and FRUSTRATING🙂

For those who just planed to play the game with friends, but the game just KEEP LOADING, embittering you, and you try to get help from web but NON OF THE SUPPORTS ARE ACTUALLY HELPING🙂, and you are forced to solve the problem by yourselves🙂,  Here is the solution below:

Malwarebytes ADWCleaner is a utility to clean a PC that is infected with malware. Download it here: https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/adwcleaner Run it, click Scan Now, once it completes the scan click "Next" and allow it to fix any issues it finds. If it finds none, allow it to run the basic repair. Restart the computer when it asks you to and come back here for further instructions.
