I am still not yet solved this problem.
I have try to download the file manually, however, once I re-start by click into the Java edition, it will pump up the error message with the same file name that I copied already.
Just looped as a dead end.
Could anyone know how to fix it?
No, I can't solve this problem by using MCL-23025 method.... ...
It is still missing the same file, although I have already downloaded to the correct folder.
