I don't know how to respond to comments, but this goes to Goldenhelmet. Yes, there was only one worktable, and just in case I added more to try. Yes, the villager was clean, and just in case I replaced it. Yes, the table was close, and just in case I put it closer and further. The problem was already solved by copying and pasting the world into another Realm, so I guess it was a world error. Anyway, thanks for the help
