This happened to me after 1.7.2 came out. In one of my maps I cant place blocks within a 16*16 area. All the blocks i placed there before 1.7.2 are still there. Everey time I place a block in the16*16 area, log out and then in again, the blocks are gone. I can not place any blocks in that area.
