Same problem Renewal tab just buys a new realm doesn’t pay the correct one. Happened more than 5 times to me now.
I am having this issue as well on xbox one edition however I do not fall from the sky above my prior location necessarily. Have an xbox live video of event recorded to send through xbox if needed. Has happened ever since the animal expansion add on was added a month or so ago
Update I’ve deleted and reinstalled the game from the launcher. No change. Very disappointed in Mojang’s lack of response to this.
