Right now I am able to do it in the bedrock version of 1.16.40.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hold Crouch and keep jumping.
2. Place two blocks one block infront of you on top of eachother by holding right click then immediately look all the way down.
3. Keep holding right click until it starts placing blocks below you.

Observed Results:
It places blocks where it shouldn't and places blocks in places you can't reach from where you're at.
Expected Results:
Blocks should start placing below you instead of continuing to place blocks on top of the tower.

If you follow the steps correctly the same thing should happen as in the clip in my report.

Extra information: This works with normal blocks and fences.
