Issue has been fixed. 

Superlative job and kudos to the Minecraft/Mojang team for their constant efforts and hard work.

I too have the same issue. I hope this can be fixed soon as I use the structure block regularly.

I can also confirm that other systems in my household are seeing and having the same issue as well.
