I experienced something similar in the previous snapshots, 21w39a and 21w40a. Was unsure if it was a bug or if I just got a lucky seed.

The place where I specifically noticed this was around -415 63 560

There are three surrounding Ocean Monuments:

1. -447 63 704

2. -639 63 624

3. -256 63 256

A little bit further away I found another -864 63 1280

Can confirm it happens for me on both an upgraded world and a newly generated world, on most passive mobs and hostile mobs
