Found that two of the bees flew NW like I saw in another post.
I've had a similar issue with bees too. This also occurs with summoned bees just leaving. Went on an effect hunt for them and saw two bees escaped NW just like you found yours. However they did not come from NW.

I'm also having a similar issue and took this while looking
They're not similar issues. I re-worded and elaborated on my original observation but there is no issue yet with solid water and them or any issue with me reloading. They usually die before I leave the area or game
I also have a similar issue. I saw somewhere that it could occur when logging out and back in which disrupts the bees pathfinding, but I've had issues without logging out too.
