By the way, the word on the upper left of screenshot 2,3 in Vietnamese mean choose picture. In this case, it mean choose skin.The last 3 screenshots are the skin choose progress.
*This bug also happen on MCPE v0.15.7 Android. But I have discovered something else:
1.These seed also affected by this bug: 707196389,-1514063022,FINAL,village pls(someone had already reported about the FINAL seed and the village pls seed in the issues, but I just want to let you know about these seed)
2.In the seed 707196389,-1514063022,the village that contain the glitch stronghold is far from the spawn point. You'll have to find those:
2.1.In the seed 707196389,you have to find a desert village near a (savanna village? or the plain one? I can't remember;I just know that it's near a village). The desert village's well is where the stronghold should be.
2.2.In the seed -1514063022,all you have to do is go to the desert near the savanna near the spawn point.From the desert temple, going around the desert(ignore the desert village near the temple,below the well is just a cave, nothing else).Do it,you'll see some village around or in the desert. Dig down the well of any village you found. You'll see the glitch stronghold. If you are patient, you'll found 2 glitch stronghold, not just one. According to MCWiki, a MCPE world have 3 stronghold, so this is surely a big problem.
2.3.You have to be very patient, because it takes a few minutes ,or even 30 minutes to find those.
3.The first time I created the seed 707196389,the glitch stronghold was above the well, replaced the top of the well.The second time, the glitch stronghold was "teleported" to the bedrock! I don't know if you believe this or not, but there is one thing true: I have seen that happen.I have tried many time, but the result is still the same as the second time.
4.These seed still crash when leaving world.
*I'm using an OPPO Neo 7,Android 5.1,ColorOS V2.1.0i;I bought MCPE directly from Google Play Store, no mod or resource pack added, no Xbox account.If you can reproduce these, please reply. If you can't, feel free to tell me.Maybe those thing occured in my
phone because of some kind of error in my phone. If there is anything wrong,I'm sorry.

It seems that this bug just happen in between 0.15.0 and 0.15.10.They didn't happen in 0.16.0 and newer.
How to reproduce:
-Make sure your MCPE version is between 0.15.0-0.15.10
-Press 'Choose new skin' in the skin menu
-Choose anything aren't Minecraft skins
-When the warning screen appear, you will notice that there is a gray stripe on it.
