I found a temporary fix. Use this repository and launch the MinecraftPreview.bat:

For you Mojang developers there, this might have an issue in JSON UI, with the focus_id, index, or something of that nature. As one of the community that deals with JSON UI daily, it most likely has to do with this.

Yes, I have tried a pbr/rtx pack, multiple of them, and I've tried with none just to be on the same side 😃
