I put the image in the comments of my post because I can't send it as a comment mentions.

Graphics drivers were up-to-date.
I sent images of [single player's (RTX off), (RTX on)] [multiplayer's (RTX on) (RTX off)] in order. (I can't take video because it contains personal information. Sorry.)
It may be a little difficult to see because of the Japanese language setting.

1 Yes. I use the best pc and still no improvement in crashes and lag.
2 I don't have a video of when there was no lag before, which is necessary for comparison.
3 Lag and crashes do not happen all the time. Random glitches occur at high frequency. Also, the Xbox recording feature does not accurately record when lag occurs.
4 I can record and post a 4 minute "blackout" of the screen before entering the minecraft load screen, but it will look fake.
5 Crashes can occur without any warning signs such as lag, and lag can occur even when the game is not under load, making it impossible to predict and difficult to capture accurately on video.
6 I may use RTX and add-ons, but the performance is equally poor even when not in use. So it does not matter.
7 My text is not very correct in English because I use a translation tool. Sorry.

No. This is a different kind of bug. The light source glows differently, and this is a bug where the blocks you destroy or place are invisible, so please don't call it the same bug.

Yes. Windows is up-to-date and Minecraft bedrock was purchased from the official store. But the re-download was done in the Minecraft Launcher.

PS:It also slowed down the time to launch Minecraft. It used to start up in a few seconds, but now it takes about 5 minutes. And my PC is a recently purchased "NIVIDA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti" and there is nothing wrong with my computer as other games are working fine.
