If you're outside it you get stuck but that's temporary behaviour, I want it so that you can get back inside if you accidentally find yourself outside (such as the border shrinking on you)

I saw that issue as I searched through if anyone had noticed this, but it is not relevant in usage (maybe in code).
To expand on tails' comment, you use the [timeInSeconds] parameter to specify the time until it should change, say if you set it to 3600 it will change in an hour, you could use that to warn the players on the server.
