Not sure how you can say that you "Cannot Reproduce". I just bought this game for my kids for Christmas 2019 and the issue is very much reproducible. I even spent the last hour or so creating Nintendo Accounts for each child and adding them to my PAID Nintendo Online family Account. I created an Online world with the account that has the Online account and then tried to join it locally split-screen with one of the Online family account members. This did not work as the original problem report stated, it states that the person joining requires a Nintendo Online account which seems needlessly restrictive and causes frustration to the point where I will likely take the game back because playing split screen with a friend(s) online is EXACTLY why I bought this game.
