Have the same issue keeps trying to re-download texture packs its downloaded only minuets ago, then claims it was last saved using a more up to date version of the game (when im running latest update).

I have the same problem and have had multiple times in the past, to the point i'm considering cancelling my realm subscription. Its far to common to not be able to access a service i'm paying extra for, not to mention the sub-par performance of the realms in general.
