I know this is closed, but if you see this, what mods where you using because I am having the same issue at the moment and can't figure out what mod is causing the issue.
The mods I am using:
OptiFine Too Many Items Inventory Tweaks Rei's Minimap Scrollable Contols Show Durability Status Effect HUD
The reason the priority is set to minor, is that there was no option (at least I couldn't find one) to set the priority of the bug, if there is please let me know where it is located. Thanks.
