I have the same problem on the switch, too.

I’m on the switch version of Minecraft too, and neither the new achievements or older ones that I still haven’t unlocked are unlocking for me even after I’ve met the requirements, connected to the internet, and have reset the game and console. I really hope this is fixed soon.
