They both say the same update 1.19.10

Now her and her husband can not get into each others games. I still can not get into hers and she still cant get into mine.

We are all using the same version the 1.19.10 we have all rebooted our systems and we still get the same error messages I already sent you pictures of.

since we updated to the new version 1.9 my daughter and I can not connect to our multiplayer games. hers says outdated version or cant connect server is no longer available. we have not tried today but last night we could not connect. I even tried to start a new game and it still had the same messages. can you please help us , thanks

we can load our own games and play but she cant join my game and i can not join her game.
