 I fixed it, on Xiaomi I just wrote "notch" into settings search, clicked this, found Minecraft and set "always show notch"

The same with Xiaomi mi 11 Lite 5G 

 

Its weird because Minecraft worked normally, but after I reinstalled it - it bugged like this.
