this bug hasn't been fixed, it happend to me alot less but it still happend some times, even without haste 2 effect or efficiency 5 pickaxe, it happend to me with efficiency 3 pickace and haste 1 effect when i mined stone, so it wasn't even an instant mine.
the blocks reappearing after being mined, it doesn't happend to me before this update.
also happens in 1.18.20 hotfix
