having the same problem on the latest snapshot, went netherite mining and a lot of things are seemingly desynced (beds not placing both blocks, blocks with fire on top, becoming ghost blocks more than usual, items not crafting properly, getting kicked, etc). i host the server from my personal computer and there seems to be no problems displayed in the server console.
