Hello, I have reproduced this issue 100% in a completely vanilla Minecraft environment.
I used the unmodified Minecraft to create a brand new installation profile for the corresponding game version, no mods, no custom launch parameters, no third-party resource packs or behavior packs were loaded at all. I also created a completely new generated world without any previous modified client access history, and followed the exact reproduction steps to trigger the bug stably.
I have attached the full reproduction steps, screenshots and screen recording of the process in this comment, please recheck this issue.
