No it's not solved I also report it
I tryd beta version but it's still exist in
1.21.90
I also facing the same problem
I updated the minecraft pe today
Then I open it the problem occurs
And I don't know I do get back to 1.21.70 version I think it's a bug because it nerver happened in 1.12.70
I can't find it

Mouse Brand/Model: Bestor USB wired mouse (from Bestor Set of 5 combo pack)
Issue Description: Right-clicking with the mouse to place blocks triggers the pause menu instead of proper placement. The bug first appeared after updating to 1.21.80 and persists in the current version.
