I've uninstalled Minecraft from my computer, reset my laptop and reinstalled I shall try again and see if that can fix the issue.

10min later the worlds that had pail wolves are now changed into their variations depending on the area so I have no clue what the issue is but the good old off-and-on proves to fix everything.

I've been going around the world trying to spawn them in the plains, savana, Tiga, badlands and so on but I've had no luck only getting pail wolfs.
