I'm also using 2GB RAM Phone (Realme C2) and Render Dragon actually does its job! My fps is higher than before and my game is a lot smoother. I think it's because of the phone's GPU, I'm using PowerVR.

Also, did this issue happened more than once? Yes, since version 1.18.30
Does the issue occurs for all the horses? Yes, it affects all horses.
Does the issue occurs at specific world/realm/server? No, all worlds are affected (included the newly created ones).
Does the issue occurs at newly created world? Both newly created world and old worlds.
