Hi tryashtar, exactly as the comment above mentioned, this tweak destroys lots of classic redstone machinery. I have a concrete build example that cannot switch to any other block as a workaround, which perfectly demonstrates the issue caused by this change

This change breaks numerous redstone contraptions. For years, players have considered this mechanic an established part of the game’s core rules. If this update goes live, the vast majority of redstone players will refuse to update to version 26.4.
I hope Mojang reverts this change.
