I am playing Bedrock 1.21 without the experimental features. This occurs on a local creative game and on a Realms survival server. When a helmet is equipped and the inventory is toggled without moving the mouse, the helmet is unequipped without any action on my part to remove the helmet.
It usually the helmet because the highlighted item is always the first slot, the helmet slot.
The helmet should not be removed by simply toggling the inventory.
