I'm in the same boat, played for several hours yesterday (6/13) with two other players and lost all progress from several projects. One player lost progress from 6/12 too, about half an hour of gameplay. Makes me consider going elsewhere else to host but I love the ease of managing a Realm. Hope this gets fixed soon, as it's been an issue in the past as well.
