This has become a major issue in the recent updates and in 1.7.1. This is one of those bugs that really undermines my desire to explore the new biomes. If I do I am constantly jamming F3A to reset the loading. Also the new horizon lighting is ruined when you can see straight through the chunk to empty space. Please fix this!
