I encountered the same bug. After testing, I found that it only occurs under the following conditions:

  • ​Host: Signed into a Microsoft account.

  • ​Client 1: Not signed into a Microsoft account (already connected).

  • ​Client 2: Not signed into a Microsoft account (receives the error when trying to connect).
