Hey guys thanks a lot for bring up the BB tags. So is the consensus this isn't a bug, That the BB tags y cords were never suppose to allow 2 floors of spawning?
Anyway I was able to edit my Temple.dat and increment the last set of BB tags bounding box height by 1 to fix my farm, two witch spawning floors in 1.8-pre1 !

In the picture, all I did was increment 68 to 69. FYI for anyone!
