I experienced same problem; Quick Play opens main menu, without launching world. Waiting even few minutes have no impact. Launcher v.2.25.4-1.7.2, Minecraft Bedrock 1.20.80 however Quick Play works fine with Preview (1.21.10.22). Worth noting is fresh Windows installation, no connection issues, profile loading seems right, character model on main screen updates after few seconds.
