Got the same issue on an aternos server in 1.20.1, only plugins are skin restorer and openinv.

Can provide a full world download if needed.
Tryed to restart the server but stayed in the nether and it did not fix the issue.
I just built the farm, and bees where active out of the nether.
Oh, i didn't knew that, i will maybe update my server version and come back if the issue is still here. Thank you for how fast you responded.
