It's also affect for Android users or maybe iOS too. Because I had the same experience. Hope Mojang would fix the problem soon

I tried with my old phone Xiaomi Redmi note 4 and install Minecraft either WiFi nor Mobile data I can access those features online (marketplace, dressing room, server, e.t.c) 😀. Maybe this happen for those who are using a higher android or iOS version.
