I got the trophy by doing what was said in this video,
1. Backup your data to ps plus cloud or a usb. (I backed up all my worlds and data as a precaution.)
2. Delete the 2 save data files (Not your worlds)
3. Explore the 5 biomes.
4. Restore the 2 save data files if you want your settings back.
Just checked and I have it unlocked now as well.
