I'm having the same issue, I commented on another thread but the problem was marked as resolved and I'm not sure why because nobody responded with any further solution or help yet

Hi, I have also been experiencing this issue. I just noticed it two days ago and I'm very concerned it will corrupt my file. Besides loading as an unusual gradient for me, llamas/horses with saddles on them show up as a very strange flashing red and dark green color. My other horses that aren't wearing saddles are not flashing red and green, but their textures aren't completely loaded and they all flash a dull gray, but sometimes they are pitch black. I'm playing on my Nintendo Switch.
