I see that it is marked as a duplicate. I watched the duplicate and I can't say that I agree on that it is a duplicate. The villager that I was trying to trade with had another workstation further away from the other villagers and the villager that I tried to trade with just walked away from his station and that is where the bug comes in. It seems like the game can't figure out if it has a workstation or not. The villager in the video is acting like a villager without a workstation. I did try and break the workstation and replace it again and that seems to fix it, but after a few minecraft days it happens again. Only this time he spreads negative gossip, he keeps on doing that until the villager is removed.
