Hey Avoma!
I simply filled in a random pattern in photoshop (It's a light blue bubble pattern that's seen in the screenshot) over the entire warden_bioluminescent_layer.png. And the result in game is that everything is effected by that texture besides the chest and ears.
I've included a test resourcepack. Thanks for your help 🙂

Hi there Manos, I’ve attached a small resource pack. It includes the Baby Cat Collar with a solid white texture and it also includes an Adult Cat Collar texture with a solid white texture for reference.
