The game crashed again but in a completely different setting (the game lagged heavily and crashed after a jump), I've attached the file of this last crash, and this hopefully does not contain sensitive info.
I've restored the JVM files to default and used Xms and Xmx as shown in the issue.
I've removed the JVM arguments and was able to sleep and fish without crashing, but I have to admit that I have only done that in two separate instances bacause I did not have the time to test more, I will get back to you in due time when I am able to restart the game and not have it crash while performing these activities, I'm gonna try between 3-8 times after this, thank you for your help @apple502j.
