ps, the bug does not related to the texture packs

I am experiencing this issue on Minecraft Bedrock version 1.26.44 using a Samsung phone. The models for the shield, bow, and spyglass misplace and float whenever I equip a custom imported skin together with an official cape. Disabling either the cape or switching to the default Steve skin resolves the glitch immediately.
