I don't think that, it's a bug but I gave an example of a feature that would fix this bug, it wasn't supposed to be a feature because a lot of people who play on mobile that is or is trying to be a pro uses a bunch of fingers on their screen (logically of course), so I'm just pointing out a bug that happens when you do that, and a feature to fix this bug, so it makes this a bug/feature report I guess. Sadly there's no way to mention you in my comment I think, I would be really nice. I tried to post in the discord server you mentioned, I couldn't do it cause I think my discord app is bugged, I'll be busy today but I'll try to post it again tonight on my PC. Have a great day Umija5895M, thank you for taking your time to respond to this bug/feature report it means a lot to me.
This was set to duplicate, It's not, I posted attachments now and I updated my text a little. I'll wait 10 days for a return from the team, if that doesn't happen, then I'll need to create another report of the same thing, because this bug should be resolved. Please check this report again. Thanks to everyone and have a good one.

Please note that the linked report is considered Invalid because supporting 3-finger touch is a New Feature, not a bug. This capability is not currently supported in Minecraft.

Video Notes:
As you can see in the video it happens twice, i made sure my fingers and screen was clean and not wet, and yet the bug still happened, if you watch closely you'll see that my fingers did not looked down at all. The original video it happened 8 times i think it's really annoying. i immesively request the actual fix of this bug and not a workaround like the random lag spikes that's been happening since 1.20.30 but it's not the purpose of this particullar bug report.
Still happening in 1.21.51, this is so bad because I was watching Java players trying 100 days in Bedrock @JulienAzelart and @SB737Plus (Youtube), and I kept wondering why they didn't get withered, and the thing with Bedrock is that it gives you double (if not more) the time of the wither effect compared to Java Edition, so I had to check it myself, and I just can't get withered; that's why they thought Bedrock Edition wither was easy... Hard wither is our thing (our = "bedrock edition"); it was not stated in any changelog that they removed the wither effect, but they kept playing with the wither a lot (sounds, rotation, heads, loot tables, spawning animations, wither roses). They have to figure out when they broke it accidentally. If the next changelog says: "We made the wither easier" (or "removed wither effect"), it's straight up laziness.
