[BDS-17658] Issue says "Resolved", but in reality it's not.

I don't know if this has happened with anyone else, but I posted a bug earlier where I said I had the Vanilla Cape on Java, but not Bedrock. I later got a response saying the issue was "Resolved". I look back to my account, and it still wasn't there! So no, it was not resolved. I'm just hoping to get some clarification about this and why I haven't gotten it yet, not just a bot's response to it.

Does this issue occur on Bedrock dedicated server or it can be reproduced on local world/Realms?

Your problem is tracked in the MCPE-161835 and your previous report is resolved as a duplicate MCPE-161835 (but this does not mean that your problem is solved).
As for your problem directly, the MCPE-161835 was invalid, since the FAQ article mentions that you need to wait a month after August 31)
