[BDS-18502] Boats cannot ride horses, mules, donkeys, and llamas.

1. Spawn a horse, mule, donkey or llama.

2. Place a canister of any type next to the spawned mob

3 As a result, it will not allow you to ride horses, mules, donkeys or llamas.
